Back to battlefats!
Summer isn’t officially over but I don’t have anything else planned for it. And it is starting to rain more and more which we all know means fall is just around the corner.
I have been neglecting the gym ever since I went home to Winnipeg in May. With all the food that I’ve eaten this summer and alcohol consumed I thought I would have gained a lot of weight. That isn’t the case though! I did gain a few pounds (2.7lbs to be exact) but even if it isn’t much I feel fat.
So today I will begin my old workout regiment. I will also go back to my old diet. Which was a great diet because I still ate out at places a lot :D and food is awesome.
usual daily workout
30mins of cardio everyday (mon-fri)
then alternate sections of the body everyday.
usually works out to be a 1-1.5hr workout depending on the section!
usual daily food intake
yogurt in the morning to start my metabolism (not a big breakfast person)
snack 2hours later (a fruit or some mixed nuts)
turkey breast sandwich for lunch
snack 2hours later (same as above)
whatever I want for dinner lol =D
On average I burn 600-800 cals at the gym (according to the machines) and I eat around 1500 calories (always changes cause of dinner).
So I’m sitting at 172.7lbs right now and my goal for February will be 160lbs. That’s a little over 2lbs a month which should be cake unless I somehow hit a plateau I can’t get over!
I’m aiming for 160lbs in Feb because its my dads 70th birthday and apparently we’re gonna take some family pictures. So why not look good for them right? =D
