Workout Competition!

Jo wanted to see a pic of my new hair so I sent him one. Apparently Its showing that I’ve lost some weight so he got mad that he hasn’t been hitting the gym that hard anymore. So he challenged me to see who can lose the most weight starting tomorrow. I’m guessing the challenge is until the next time we see each other.
If that’s the case I have until May 4th or May7th depending on if I fly or drive to Winnipeg.
My current weight is 177.4lbs (just weighed myself) Jo is at 225lbs(approx) The contest isn’t to see who will get to a lower weight since we aren’t near the same weight but who can lose the most! I plan on keeping with my regular gym schedule. Mon-Fri Cardio, Weights, Stretching! It’s been working so why change it up right?
I’ll keep you posted on my progress and any of Jo’s progress if he feels like sharing with me.
