Gym Update
No real change in weight this week. But that’s understandable since I had people over for some bbq (burgers and smokies) and beer yesterday. Still at 182lbs.
Along with 30 minutes of cardio everyday this week. I also did
chest/back/abs on monday
biceps/triceps/shoulders on tuesday
legs/abs on wednesday
and full body stretching and abs today.
tomorrow is a day off at the gym since Dennett will be in Vancouver for a stop over before hitting the Philippines. So I’ll be picking him up and going to fritz tomorrow! mmmmm fritz.
